Registration fee options

• MSc, PhD Student – Free (please email us a letter of registration to egw2023@uu.nl )
• Regular attendee – € 100,- (registration is final after payment via link below)
• On-Site registration – € 150,- (students € 100,-)

Cancellation policy:

A cancellation made after October 15th, 2023 will result in a cancellation fee of

€ 25,- to cover already made service costs.
